Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Care Partnerships Associate in Texas to expand access to behavioral healthcare by building and strengthening partnerships with healthcare organizations and referral sources. You will manage relationships from initial outreach through long-term growth, focusing on increasing referrals and client visits.

Ideal candidates are proactive, data-driven, and comfortable navigating multiple accounts while collaborating with Growth, Marketing, Analytics, and Clinical Operations

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, healthcare outreach, sales, account management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence with outbound outreach and developing new relationships.
• CRM experience; Salesforce strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow Referral Partnerships: Manage a portfolio of healthcare partners and referral sources to increase referrals and new client visits.
• Develop Healthcare Relationships: Build relationships with physicians, APPs, practice managers, referral coordinators, care managers, social workers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Improve the Referral Experience: Help partners navigate the Thriveworks referral process and remove barriers to patient access; promote adoption of referral tools.
• Develop Your Territory: Research markets and identify new partnership opportunities; prioritize accounts by potential and strategic value.
• Use CRM and data: Maintain accurate account information, use dashboards to evaluate performance and prioritize opportunities.
