You will manage cross-location teams, roll out campaigns with centralized marketing, and optimize performance through data-driven KPIs, with up to 50% travel across TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
• MBA preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• Experience in sales, channel development, or business development in a multi-location environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee lead generation, sales, onboarding, and relationship management of key referral sources.
• Standardize and elevate channel messaging, pitch materials, and partner-facing collateral.
• Manage incentive programs, referral fees, and partner engagement events across Texas.
