Job summary

Dry Force Corp. seeks a Director of Business Development to drive growth across Texas locations within the HighGround portfolio.

You will lead strategy, sales enablement, and coaching for BDRs, while strengthening channel partner networks and expanding Dry Force’s brand in Texas. You will manage multi-location teams, collaborate with marketing, track KPIs, and scale sales frameworks for a referral-based model statewide.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in sales, channel development, or business development.
• 3+ years in multi-location leadership roles.
• Proven track record in high-growth, field-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lead generation, onboarding, and relationship management of key referral sources across TX.
• Standardize channel messaging and partner collateral.
• Manage referral incentives and partner engagement events across Texas.
