Job summary

Dry Force Corp in Texas seeks a Director of Business Development to lead growth across Texas locations. You will shape channel strategy, enable sales, and coach BDRs while engaging plumbers, HVAC pros, and property managers.

The role requires travel up to 50%, remote work readiness, and driving OKRs with a scalable sales framework for a referral-based model in the HighGround portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–12 years in sales or business development with 3+ years in multi-location leadership.
• Experience with referral-based channels and residential services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lead generation, onboarding, and relationship management of key referral sources.
• Standardize channel messaging, pitch materials, and partner collateral.
• Manage incentive programs and partner events across all Dry Force Texas locations.
• Directly manage and mentor Dry Force BDRs and local business development teams across Texas.
• Drive growth strategies and OKRs for Dry Force across Texas locations.
