HNE seeks an experienced Texas Attorney to support mortgage servicing and default litigation focused on foreclosure, eviction, and related matters in Texas. You will work with mortgage servicers, investors, and financial institutions to manage matters from filing through resolution.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in foreclosure or eviction law, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while ensuring compliance with Texas regulations and client

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in foreclosure, creditor's rights, real estate, or eviction law.
• Mortgage servicing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage Texas foreclosure, eviction, and related litigation matters from start to finish
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Attend and represent clients at hearings, both virtual and in person as needed
• Provide legal guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, court deadlines, and Texas regulations
• Handle a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and quality
