Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP in Houston, TX is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Texas team. This role provides comprehensive representation across foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related matters, working with experienced attorneys and a support staff under a managing attorney.

Licensed in Texas with 3-5+ years of experience is preferred; multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Licensed in Texas (required).
3-5+ years of experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered).
Litigation experience.
Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
