Qualifications

• 1+ years as a legal assistant, preferably in creditors’ rights or real estate law.
• Proficient with MS Office and legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Knowledge of Texas foreclosure laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents compliant with court rules.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Manage and organize case files, including electronic and physical documents.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally.
• Coordinate court appearances and other proceedings.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the litigation team.
