Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. is assisting a leading producer of premium frozen fruit purées, concentrates, zests, and specialty blends in locating a South-Central Territory Sales Manager.

This hands-on, field-based role focuses on developing and expanding the foodservice distributor network and driving new business growth across chain and independent restaurants, hotels, and other foodservice channels. The ideal candidate will manage distributor relationships, develop territory strategies, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5+ years of foodservice sales experience including distributor management.
• Experience selling through broadline or specialty distributors.
• Established relationships with foodservice distributors and operators preferred.
• Must reside in Texas and travel approximately 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand foodservice distributor partnerships.
• Identify new opportunities to increase distribution and sales.
• Engage with chefs, purchasing managers, and operators to generate demand.
• Develop territory sales plans and new business initiatives.
• Conduct market visits, distributor meetings, and product presentations.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage pipelines and forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure account development and execution.
