Job summary

MCSgo is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive exterior services growth across Texas. You will develop relationships with multi-site clients, identify qualified opportunities, and sell services including landscape maintenance and exterior upkeep.

You will collaborate with Operations to ensure feasible, high-quality delivery and meet financial targets. The role emphasizes field-based sales, prospecting, pipeline management, and strategic relationship building within the Texas market,

Qualifications

3+ years of demonstrated B2B sales or business development success preferred.
Experience selling exterior services or facility services is a plus.
Experience selling to multi-site retail, restaurant, or commercial properties preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on new exterior-services opportunities throughout Texas.
Prospect and develop relationships with multi-site customers in target sectors.
Build a local network with facility management, construction, and real estate contacts.
Conduct in-person prospecting, client meetings, property visits, and industry events.
Identify opportunities for recurring landscape maintenance and exterior services.
Develop opportunities from prospecting through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and close.
