Job summary

Ewing Outdoor Supply in Texas invites you to join our rotational internship program, designed to build hands-on skills in wholesale distribution across multiple branches.

Interns gain experience in counter sales, shipping and receiving, and shadow a Branch Manager to learn operations and strategic planning, with mentoring from regional leaders.

You'll work on a Capstone Project to develop process improvements, and there may be a pathway to full-time employment after the internship.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
• Candidates for a Bachelor’s degree must have at least 75 hours by end of fall.
• Available for internship with willingness to rotate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to branch operations, sales, shipping, and receiving.
• Shadow Branch Manager to learn strategic planning and operations.
• Work on capstone projects to propose process improvements.
