Job summary

Ewing Outdoor Supply offers an internship experience through a rotational program designed to build hands-on skills in wholesale distribution. Interns will rotate through counter sales, shipping, receiving, and branch operations, shadowing Branch Managers and Account Managers to gain real-world experience.

Participants work on a Capstone Project, present findings to company executives, and may qualify for full-time employment after completion.

Qualifications

• Must be a candidate for a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• At least 75 credit hours completed by end of fall semester.
• Internship includes exposure to sales, operations, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational program across branches to learn counter sales, shipping, and receiving.
• Shadow and perform duties of Branch Manager to learn branch operations and planning.
• Work with Account Managers on sales calls and activities to grow the business.
• Engage with Regional and Divisional Managers for leadership exposure and strategic development.
• Complete a Capstone Project to develop process improvements for Ewing.
