Job summary

Ewing Outdoor Supply offers an internship program designed to develop practical skills in wholesale distribution across operations, sales, and leadership exposure. Interns rotate through branches, shadow Managers, learn counter sales, shipping and receiving, and assist Account Managers with sales calls to help grow the business.

Interns work on a Capstone Project, apply knowledge to real process-improvement strategies, and may gain exposure to leadership through mentoring from

Qualifications

• Must be candidates for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• For Bachelor’s candidates, at least 75 hours completed by end of fall semester prior to internship.

Responsibilities

• Support various branches in sales, counter service, shipping and receiving.
• Shadow and assist Branch Manager to understand branch operations and planning.
• Engage with Account Managers on sales calls to help grow the business.
• Participate in Capstone Project to develop process improvements for Ewing.
• Present findings to company executives at project conclusion.
