Job summary

WW Clyde is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee turnkey construction projects in the front range area and surrounding states. The Safety Manager will lead daily safety inspections, investigations, and ensure compliance across site teams.

This role involves trainings, on-site supervision, and potential night work with occasional travel. Qualified candidates should have 10+ years of construction experience, 3+ years as Safety Manager, and certifications such as CHST/OHST and OSHA 500

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience.
• At least 3 years of Safety Manager experience.
• Excellent people, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety & health inspections and maintain written log.
• Oversee safety-related investigations and complete required reports.
• Ensure safety compliance of superintendents, project management, and subcontractors.
• Attend pre-construction, pre-work, and in-progress meetings as required.
• Conduct trainings on various risk management areas.
• Maintain applicable safety reference material.
• Projects typically run 5-6 days a week with onsite supervision.
• Occasional night work and overnight travel.
