Job summary

Butler-Cohen Design + Build seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects with precision and a focus on meeting design, schedule, and financial goals.

You will work closely with our Pre-Construction team, guide project governance, and travel regularly to projects in West and Central Texas to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience on ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction science, construction management, or similar related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance, planning, execution, and delivery to meet design, schedule, and budget goals.
• Oversee prime contracts, monthly billing, and client/contractor relationships.
• Coordinate design teams to maintain schedule alignment and lead meetings.
• Develop baselines, track progress, and manage changes with proper documentation.
• Utilize Procore Financial Module for budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
