Job summary

Quanta Services in West Texas seeks a blended Project Manager and Construction Manager to lead field production on our west Texas projects, balancing on‑site leadership with project management discipline to drive safety, schedule, and cost performance.

You will work with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to keep crews moving, manage resources, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining strong client relations and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive construction experience including field execution, crews, production, or project management.
• Experience as Superintendent/Foreman or project leadership is highly valued.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Ability to work on-site West Texas locations and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field execution with focus on production, manpower, schedule, safety, quality, and milestones.
• Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, project managers, subcontractors, and customers on priorities.
• Monitor schedules, look-ahead plans, labor productivity, and resources; drive corrective action.
• Maintain awareness of costs, budgets, forecasts, and changes in scope with leadership.
• Walk the project regularly, engage with field teams, and resolve issues affecting production.
• Coordinate material, equipment, subcontractor, and workforce needs for safe, efficient work.
