Job summary

Superior Tank Co., Inc. seeks a Project Manager to join our Texas Division and play a key role in delivering successful projects, building strong customer partnerships, and supporting the growth of our operations team.

This role requires ownership of projects end-to-end, collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Installation, Sales, and Accounting, and a focus on schedule, budget, and quality to drive customer satisfaction and business growth across the Gulf Region.

Qualifications

• Own projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building long‑term relationships and identifying opportunities for future business.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Installation, Sales, Accounting, and other teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, materials, subcontractors, and field crews.
• Identify project risks and proactively address schedule, cost, quality, and customer‑impacting issues.
• Coordinate project documentation, contracts, billing, invoicing, and other administrative requirements.
• Support estimating, proposals, pre‑bid meetings, job walks, and business development activities.
• Provide clear project updates to customers, leadership, and internal teams.
• Help strengthen and grow the Texas Division’s operations team, processes, and customer base across the Gulf Region.
