Job summary

Lifecycle Construction Services in Texas is seeking a Project Manager to lead, plan, coordinate, and supervise assigned projects to meet safety, schedule, quality, and financial targets.

You will manage client relations, safety compliance, weekly and monthly schedule reports, quality control, subcontractor performance, and change orders, leveraging Procore and Primavera P6 as core tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or Engineering with 5–10 years of project management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail under deadline pressure with multiple priorities.
• Proactive leadership with strong problem-solving ability.
• Judgement and resource management to meet objectives.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Customer relations: exceed expectations and maintain open communications.
• Safety: enforce project safety policies for personnel and subcontractors.
• Schedule: manage weekly/monthly schedule reports and actions.
• Quality control: implement QC procedures and support QC personnel.
• Financial management: budgets, procurement, pay apps, weekly/monthly reports.
• Subcontractor management: oversee subcontractors and vendors.
• Change orders: manage changes with clients and subs.
