Job summary

Alamo Structural Steel, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee client relations and manage project delivery from development to closeout across South and West Texas. You will coordinate with engineers, architects and construction teams to ensure projects meet scope, budget and schedule while maintaining high standards of service.

The role requires knowledge of PM methodologies, construction or manufacturing experience, and the ability to navigate negotiations and conflict constructively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PM experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Ability to read construction blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships and manage projects from development through closeout.
• Review estimates and ensure projects stay within budget and schedule.
• Ensure all project details are documented and contract terms are maintained.
• Visit job sites as required.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, detailers, and construction teams to resolve issues.
