Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related field with understanding of engineering concepts and production/fabrication.
• Proficient in Salesforce and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of permitting and local/state/federal regulations and building codes.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed timelines and schedules after contract acceptance, including permitting and site requirements.
• Identify project risks and collaborate with contractors to mitigate them.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal teams, updating plans and progress.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
