Job summary

Pano AI in Texas seeks a Community Engagement Associate to own relationships with fire authorities and disaster management agencies. The role is remote within Texas and focuses on high-touch communication and onboarding pre- and post-deployment.

You will drive agency adoption, oversee outreach and training, turn alerts into action, and represent Pano in the field at meetings and events. Travel up to 20% and collaboration across Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Operations are expected.

Qualifications

• Remote Texas residents only.
• BS / BA degree or equivalent with 2+ years in Wildfire/Disaster Management roles.
• 2+ years training and development, sales/marketing, customer success, operations, or project management.
• Travel up to approximately 20%.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agency Adoption & Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with fire departments, emergency management offices, dispatch centers, and other first responder agencies within Pano deployment areas, ensuring they understand the value of Pano and actively use the platform.
• Own Outreach, Onboarding & Training: Identify the right agencies and decision-makers within each camera coverage area, establish relationships, and lead onboarding and training that enables end-users to confidently integrate Pano alerts into their operational workflows.
• Turn Alerts Into Action: Drive meaningful platform engagement beyond initial onboarding - regularly connect with agencies, understand how they are using Pano, remove barriers to adoption, and help ensure alerts are reviewed and operationalized.
• Be the Voice of the Fire Community: Develop a deep understanding of agency priorities, workflows and challenges, translating feedback and field insights back to Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Operations to improve the customer and end-user experience.
• Represent Pano in the Field: Serve as a trusted representative of Pano within the fire community through agency meetings, industry events, workshops, presentations, and deployment activities, building credibility and strengthening Pano’s relationships across the region.
