Job summary

Pano AI is seeking a senior leader to guide wildfire community engagement and cross-functional strategy. You will represent Pano AI to fire agencies and national forums, shape policy discussions, and foster strategic relationships that advance wildfire detection technology.

You will build a vibrant stakeholder network, working with agency leaders and frontline personnel to ensure field needs inform product direction, advocacy, and partnerships. The role requires travel and startup agility.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior experience in fire service, wildfire response, or emergency management is strongly preferred.
• National or strong regional reputation with an active network across fire and emergency management communities.
• Proven ability to build partnerships, coalitions, and advocacy initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort representing an organization at high levels.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pano AI to wildfire and emergency management communities, building relationships with agency leaders and stakeholders across the U.S.
• Develop and lead a public engagement program with Pano users to accelerate technology adoption in wildfire management.
• Support lobbying efforts, policy discussions, and engagement with policymakers to advance wildfire detection initiatives.
• Provide internal product and field insights, advising on partnerships, integrations, and strategy.
