AECOM is seeking a full-time Lead Texas CEI Sr. Project Manager to be based in Austin, TX. This role focuses on growing the Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) market in Texas, while performing PM duties as needed.

Responsibilities include leading business development, managing client relationships (TxDOT, toll roads, RMAs), and guiding CEI ops across Texas. Requires PE TX licensure or ability to obtain within six months and US citizenship.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• PE license required in TX or ability to obtain within six months
• US Citizenship requirement

• Target Clients are TxDOT, Toll Road Authorities & RMA's and other agencies
• Develop CEI business plan with milestones and grow Texas CEI
• Lead proposal writing and interview presentations for RFPs
• Maintain client communication and develop teaming partnerships
• Oversee CEI contracts including project reviews and KPI oversight
