AECOM seeks a full-time Lead Texas CEI Sr. Project Manager to join our Austin, TX team. You will grow the Construction Engineering & Inspection market in Texas, lead PM duties and develop a regional CEI team to deliver transportation projects.

The role requires a PE license in TX or within six months and 10 years of experience, with strong leadership and client engagement. Hybrid work model and substantial responsibilities in Texas DOT programs.

Formación

• BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency including 2 years of leadership
• Valid driver's license; able to pass MVR check
• TX PE license or ability to obtain in six months
• US Citizenship is required for this role

Responsabilidades

• Develop CEI business, plan milestones and markets
• Lead the regional CEI team and expand capabilities in Texas
• Engage TxDOT DOCs/AEs, attend conferences and preposition for RFPs
• Lead proposal writing and interview presentations; coordinate marketing efforts
• Ensure on-time billing and monitor project KPI's; perform CEI PM duties
