Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) team in Tennessee. The role focuses on field contract administration, coordination of CEI services, and growth of CEI offerings within Tennessee operations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in transportation or infrastructure, CEI delivery experience, and strong leadership, with preference for a Tennessee PE license. Travel to project sites is expected (approximately 10–20%).

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or allied field.
• 10+ years in transportation or infrastructure projects leading CEI or construction teams.
• Experience with CEI project delivery, ideally TDOT or similar agencies.
• Strong knowledge of construction plans, specs, and QA/QC practices.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex field operations.
• Proficiency with tracking tools (SiteManager) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CEI program delivery, field administration, and coordination.
• Lead, schedule, and manage field staff across projects.
• Review change orders, invoices, and payment applications; provide technical guidance.
