Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Lead Texas CEI Sr. Project Manager based in Austin, TX. This role focuses on growing the CEI market in Texas, developing work, and performing PM duties as needed.

You will target TxDOT and other agencies, lead proposals, and build a regional CEI team. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in transportation with a TX PE license or the ability to obtain one within six months. This is a full-time, hybrid position with responsibilities spanning marketing, operations, and client

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency, including 2 years of leadership.
• US Citizenship is a requirement for this role.
• A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
• PE license required in TX or ability to obtain the license in six months.

Responsibilities

• Target Clients are TxDOT, Toll Road Authorities & other government agencies and private work.
• Develop a CEI business development plan with scalable milestones.
• Lead the CEI team in the region and identify strategic partners.
• Support prepositioning for upcoming RFPs and lead proposal writing efforts.
• Engage TxDOT DOCs and AEs to determine future work and AO needs.
• Perform CEI PM duties for CEI contracts and manage project reviews.
