The successful candidate will provide expert legal support, engage in commercial and fiduciary litigation, and work with a diverse clientele from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in business litigation.
Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.

Responsibilities

Provide expert legal support and advice on litigation matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents.
Represent the organization in court and other legal proceedings.
Conduct thorough research and analysis on legal issues.
Develop strategies to manage and mitigate legal risks.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and trends.
Provide training and guidance to junior attorneys.
