- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents.
- Represent the organization in court and other legal proceedings.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on legal issues.
- Develop strategies to manage and mitigate legal risks.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and trends.
- Provide training and guidance to junior attorneys.
