Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial litigation experience in Texas state and federal courts.
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• An active book of business that can transition with you.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex disputes for financial services, construction, and real estate clients.
• Pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Develop litigation strategy and oversee client transitions and BD.
