Jobot is hiring 1st-6th year Litigation Associates to join a sophisticated and growing litigation practice in Texas. You will work closely with partners on complex matters for major corporations and institutions, with meaningful responsibility as you progress.

The ideal candidate has strong academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a genuine interest in complex litigation. Admission to the Texas bar is required.

Qualifications

• Solid academic credentials and top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research/writing abilities demonstrated in complex litigation.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with complex commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, motions, and other documents.
• Assist with discovery, including document review, written discovery, depositions, and strategy.
• Participate in case development, fact investigation, and hearings preparation.
• Work with partners to develop strategies and evaluate risks.
