Job summary

Jobot, one of Texas's largest personal injury law firms, seeks a courtroom-tested trial attorney to lead and develop a team of litigators. This leadership role oversees 4-6 attorneys and their support staff, guiding case strategy from pre-litigation through trial or resolution, running regular strategy reviews, mentoring junior attorneys on depositions, motions, negotiation, and trial prep, and reviewing pleadings and case evaluations prepared by the team.

Candidates need a J.D.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active Texas Bar license are required.
• 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred.
• Strong Texas PI litigation experience end-to-end.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of litigators (4-6 attorneys).
• Guide case strategy from pre-litigation through trial or resolution.
• Mentor junior attorneys on depositions, motions, negotiation and trial prep.
• Review pleadings and case evaluations prepared by the team.
