Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in Texas or eligible to practice.
- 5+ years in casualty litigation with focus areas including MVA, trucking, construction defect, and auto liability.
- Proven trial preparation, deposition, and advisory experience.
- Strong research and writing skills; ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Strategic thinker with leadership and mentoring abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice to diverse clients on complex issues.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy.
- Prepare for trials: collect evidence, arrange witnesses, craft arguments.
- Take and defend depositions; present evidence in court.
- Oversee litigation from start to finish ensuring compliance.
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and contracts with clarity.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development.
- Lead and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performing team.
