Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a senior Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program across multiple concurrent projects. You will scope proposals, schedule crews, review reports, and keep projects profitable while keeping clients informed.

You will run the book of projects with real authority and accountability, balancing field realities with budgeting, invoicing inputs, and growth opportunities within key accounts. Travel to sites is regular.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
