Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule field and laboratory crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable while keeping clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, managing budgets, invoicing inputs, and growth of accounts through reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or QC on construction sites.
• Strong scheduling and client-facing skills under deadlines.
• ICC, NICET or ACI credentials with field credibility.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and lab resources against calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
