Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule field and lab crews against calendars, review reports before they ship, and keep projects profitable while informing clients.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, ensuring budgets and invoicing inputs are clean and change scope is captured while pursuing growth by delivering reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications ICC, NICET, or ACI and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
