Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks an experienced Project Manager based in Texas to own client relationships and the testing program across multiple concurrent projects. You will scope proposals, price programs, schedule field and lab resources, review reports, and keep projects profitable while informing clients.

Five+ years in CMT or related QC, ICC/NICET/ACI credentials, and strong budgeting and scheduling skills are required. Some travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
