Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a project manager to own client relationships and the testing program: scope proposals, schedule crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review daily reports, and keep projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing, grow accounts through reliability, and hold certifications with field crews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs;.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars;
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly;
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication;
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
