Construction Material Testing is seeking a seasoned Project Manager who can own client relationships and the testing program—from scoping proposals to scheduling crews and reviewing reports, ensuring projects stay profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing, and grow accounts through reliable, on-time delivery, with a Texas-based seat and national travel to sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• ICC, NICET, or ACI credentials and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
