Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews, review reports before shipment, and maintain profitability while keeping clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, ensuring budgets and invoicing inputs are accurate and the work meets quality standards. Based in Texas with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• ICC, NICET, or ACI credentials with technical credibility.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
