Job summary

Mindful Support Services is seeking an Area Manager to drive performance and operational excellence across multiple offices in Texas and surrounding regions. This leader will anchor in Colorado while expanding growth in regional markets, translating strategy into actionable goals for office teams and ensuring high-quality provider and client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience across multiple locations.
• 3+ years overseeing management-level staff (Office Managers, supervisors).
• Strong strategic thinking and execution with measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Set clear targets for each office (visit volume, provider utilization, FOH metrics).
• Coach and evaluate staff to achieve area KPIs and growth.
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple locations within the area.
• Forecast volume and revenue with finance and provider leadership; report variances.
