Job summary

You will drive performance, maintain service standards, and mentor office leaders to achieve growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in leadership, multi-site oversight, and strong data-driven decision skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role with multi-location management.
• 3+ years overseeing management staff (Office Managers, supervisors).
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Admin, Business Admin, Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking with measurable improvements in performance.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Set area targets for multiple offices and ensure progress is reported.
• Tie coaching and performance management to KPI achievement.
• Handle escalated provider and staff matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Provide insights to leadership based on regional performance and trends.
• Translate regional strategies into tangible office-level objectives and team goals.
