Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume or upscale environment.
• Hospitality-first attitude.
• Willingness to become a Tex-Mex and Tequila expert.
• Valid TABC and Food Handler certifications.
• Schedule commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level knowledge of upscale Tex-Mex menu and beverages.
• Guide guests through their meal with pacing and storytelling.
• Collaborate with Service Leads and Kitchen team to ensure every plate is perfect.
• Maintain a pristine dining environment, upholding fine dining standards during busy shifts.
• Handle financial transactions with 100% accuracy and integrity.
