Loma Tex-Mex is seeking a Dining Room Assistant to support a fast-paced, fine-dining-inspired service in a high-energy setting. You will help servers, assist bartenders, and ensure every table is reset to perfection between guests.

Your role is to keep service seamless and guests engaged while maintaining the restaurant's vibrant Tex-Mex atmosphere. The position values energy, attention to detail, and teamwork.

• The Reset: Clear, clean, and reset tables with fine-dining precision.
• The Delivery: Assist kitchen in running food; know Tex-Mex menu to answer questions.

• Shift Readiness: Set up dining room, polish silverware, stock stations, prep garnishes.

Key Responsibilities

• The Reset: Clear, clean, and reset tables with "white-glove" attention to detail. Ensure the dining room always looks like it just opened.
• The Delivery: Assist the kitchen in running food to guests. You must know our Tex-Mex menu inside and out to answer quick guest questions.
• The "First Impression": Keep the chip-and-salsa flow seamless and ensure water glasses never hit the "empty" mark.
• Shift Readiness: Set up the dining room for success—polishing silverware, stocking service stations, and prepping garnishes or side-work items.
• The "Odds & Ends": Whether it’s helping a server with a large tray, running a fresh drink from the bar, or spotting a spill, you are the ultimate "utility player" on the floor.
