Job summary

Loma Tex-Mex is seeking a friendly Busser to support servers and the hospitality team, ensuring tables are cleared, reset, and guest-ready for the next guests. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean dining environment and contributing to a memorable experience for guests.

You will help stock and tidy service areas, assist with guest requests, and uphold food safety standards while growing with a team dedicated to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, patio, restrooms, and service stations.
• Assist servers with beverage refills, food delivery, and guest requests when needed.
• Stock service stations with utensils, napkins, condiments, and supplies.
• Remove trash and maintain clean trash receptacles.
• Sweep and mop dining areas as needed throughout the shift.
• Assist in opening and closing side work duties.
• Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Greet guests warmly and provide hospitality whenever interacting with them.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
