Columbia State Community College is seeking a Testing Services Assistant to proctor exams and assist in daily operations on the Columbia, TN campus. You will greet students, handle referrals, and maintain the testing database for appointments and scores.

The role supports the Testing Services department and Student Affairs, with occasional website updates and data reporting. Evening/weekend hours may be required; a bachelor's degree is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year Testing Services experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proctoring support for exams (Accuplacer, HiSet, ACT On-Campus/National, PearsonVue).
• Greet visitors and assess needs, make referrals to Academic Support and Distance Education.
• Perform clerical duties: calls, appointments, correspondence.
• Update Testing Services and main campus websites and maintain the database for appointments and scores.
• Assist in monthly reporting, calendar formation, and data collection/analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and accurate transfer of test scores.
