Job summary

NWACC is seeking an Assistant Director of Testing Services to oversee community testing operations, proctoring, and certification examinations. The role includes coordinating test administrations, managing testing software, and supporting placement assessments in collaboration with staff.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years in a related field, and strong customer service skills. Occasional weekend/evening hours may be necessary to ensure testing coverage and smooth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field applicable to work performed.
• Experience in or with academic testing centers is preferred.
• Strong customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of community testing operations, proctoring services and certification exams.
• Coordinate and schedule examinations and manage testing software/systems for efficient operations.
• Support NWACC placement assessments and classroom testing in collaboration with staff.
• Maintain testing databases, schedules, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Train staff and external sub-site proctors; ensure security protocols and procedures.
• Manage testing fee information, transactions and refunds per institutional procedures.
• Maintain flex scheduling including occasional Saturday/evening coverage.
