Job summary

Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) in Yakima, WA, is seeking a Senior Testing Coordinator to support secure student testing by implementing procedures, reporting, and accommodations. You will work with faculty to prepare materials, proctor exams, and manage post-exam reporting while upholding confidentiality and quality standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination. Preferred: NCTA Proctor Certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Preferred: NCTA Exam Proctoring Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with faculty to prepare examination materials and ensure compliance with standards.
• Proctor examinations as lead or support proctor and address issues during administration.
• Generate standard post-exam reports using approved templates and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Implement approved testing accommodations exactly as provided without deviation.
• Provide professional customer service to students and faculty regarding testing logistics and timelines; troubleshoot software issues.
• Obtain and maintain NCTA Proctor Certification.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the department.
