Georgia State University is seeking a Testing Services Coordinator for the Newton Campus to oversee daily testing center operations, ensuring professional, timely, and accessible services with strong customer focus.

The role includes scheduling, staff training, evaluating performance, and generating reports. Collaboration with the Director and other coordinators ensures seamless service across campuses and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and testing services at their campus.
• Proctor exams in accordance with policies and guidelines.
• Maintains a secure testing environment and ensures staff adherence to vendor security requirements.
• Coordinates with vendors regarding exam issues and data retention.
• Trains staff in proctoring, customer service and data retention.
• Uses campus data to analyze testing events and improve operations.
• Answers test-related questions with campus departments and promotes testing benefits.
• Organizes group testing on or off-campus.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
