Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and two years of related experience, or a combination of training and experience.
• Ability to pass criminal background investigation.
• Knowledge of testing services, proctoring and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the testing center.
• Proctor exams in accordance with policies and guidelines.
• Maintain a secure testing environment and ensure staff adhere to security standards.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding exams and data retention.
• Train staff in proctoring, customer service and data retention.
• Use campus data to analyze testing events and improve operations.
• Collaborate with campus departments to answer test-related questions and promote exams.
• Organize group testing on or off-campus.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
