Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to perform comprehensive assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. You will support diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and intervention strategies within Lyra’s neurodiversity center.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with psychometrists, and delivering feedback in person or via telehealth. Ideal candidates hold a PsyD/PhD, are licensed in at least one state, and have experience with ASD/ADHD and

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorization or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (e.g., ASD ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).
• Expertise with psychological/psychoeducational assessment tools (BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, WISC).
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.
• Ability to deliver care virtually or in person and within your own office space.

Responsibilities

• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of psychological test batteries.
• Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants, overseeing test administration and scoring.
• Deliver feedback through live in-person testing sessions and via feedback videos.
• Maintain accurate testing data and comprehensive reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments and virtual delivery.
• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions in person or virtually.
