Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to perform comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. The role focuses on diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and intervention strategies within a neurodiversity center of excellence.

Candidates should have a PhD/PsyD in Psychology, state licensure, and PSYPACT eligibility. Telehealth testing is supported, with opportunities to collaborate with a team of psychometrists.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (e.g., ASD ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).
• Expertise in psychological and psychoeducational assessment tools (BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, WISC).
• Effective therapeutic communication skills.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients for psychological evaluations across age groups.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of test batteries.
• Provide evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants to oversee test administration and quality control.
• Deliver clear feedback through live testing sessions and feedback videos.
• Maintain accuracy of testing data and comprehensive reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments.
• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions.
