Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a contract Testing Psychologist to perform comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, supporting diagnostic clarity and treatment planning.

The role emphasizes psychoeducational evaluations, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and delivering actionable recommendations. Ideal candidates hold an APA‑accredited doctorate, are licensed in at least one state, and have PSYPACT eligibility.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (e.g., ASD ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).
• Expertise in psychological and psychoeducational assessment tools (e.g., BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, WISC).
• Effective therapeutic communication skills.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.
• Experience conducting testing virtually.
• Ability to deliver care virtually or in person and within your own office space.
• Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to support diagnostic clarity and treatment planning.
• Provide actionable, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants to supervise test administration and scoring.
• Deliver feedback through live sessions and feedback videos.
• Maintain accurate testing data and comprehensive reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments and virtual testing.
• Lead intake interviews and testing sessions in person or via telehealth as appropriate.
